Low Slope and Flat Roofing Systems

When we say low slope, we mean that your roof does not have enough slope for shingles to be applied. Low slopes are defined by having a ¼:12 pitch up to a 3:12 pitch. You may have a new addition or be in need of re-roofing an existing porch or carport that shingles can not be installed on due to the slope of the roof. Or do you have an existing area that looks flat and constantly gives you problems? If you have one of these type areas on your home, PBR has the solution for you! A modified granular surfaced rubber roof could be the answer you are looking for. We will have one of our roofing experts inspect your roof area in question and determine whether a rubber roof system is the right choice for your home.

Did you know that if shingles are not installed on a roof in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, the manufacturer will not honor the warranty? For instance, some shingles are not approved for lower sloped areas, so it is important for our professionals to determine the pitch of your roof area.

The rubber roofing material comes in a variety of different colors that will match most common shingle colors.
